FABIO HURTADO
Fabio Hurtado is a Spanish painter and photographer born in Madrid in 1960.
He’ s graduated in the Fine Art School in Madrid’ s University. After three years of teaching experience he finally started a professional painting activity in 1988. Since that momento he has been painting and working on artistic projects. He was appointed membership of the Rome Academy of Modern Art in 1996. The Queen Sophia of Spain presented him with a Medal of Honour at the BMW Painting Contest and was invited to be part of the 25 th Anniversary of Spanish Constitution most important artist. The Spanish Postal services used, a stamp collection sellecting six of his paintings with the motif “ Mujer y Lectura “. Fabio Hurtado is an artist with an unmistakeable style with a long career exhibiting his work in Europe and USA.
