Marina Lobato

Marina Lobato: Psychoanalyst and visual artist. She has participated in solo and group exhibitions in Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, Italy, India, Brazil and Korea. Several of her works belong to private collections and museums, such as the Haegeumgang Museum in Korea. Distinctions: – “La Cosa” 1st Special Mention at the Belgrano University Awards for Artistic Creativity 2019. – “Los momentos que no se habitan” 3rd Prize in the National Painting Competition 2020. University of La Matanza. -Con-Fin IV” 3rd Prize of Honour. International Contest Mombo Art Gallery, Spain, 2021. My experience in the psychoanalytic clinic with children has influenced my artistic look. I have tried to make the playful posture of the child my own and this impulse to play has given me creativity and spontaneity, central objectives of my work. Through painting I have allowed myself to intuitively explore the vibrations of colour through playful and spontaneous brushstrokes.
