How to buy

1.Place an order

When you issue a purchase order for a product on the web, we will send you an emailconfirming the receipt of your order and its details. This email confirmation of your order doesnot imply its acceptance by us and does not guarantee the accessibility of the request. If there
is any problem or difficulty, a team member will contact you to explain and find a solution to theproblem.

All products are supplied subject to availability. The sale contract of any product, between youand us, will become valid as soon as shipment has started. A confirmation email will be sentonce the goods have set out to their destination. This email constitutes an acceptance of your offer to purchase the product. We can refuse to supply products without giving any reason. We
have the right to cancel product requests in the case of errors or inaccuracies in the information given on the web or in the order.

2.Accuracy of information

We try to ensure that all information, including prices on the website, is correct. However, there may be a one off error. If there is an error in the product price, you will benotified as soon as possible and will be offered either the option of your order being sent at the
correct price or it being cancelled. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered to be cancelled and your payment will be fully refunded. All prices include VAT (VAT or IGIC) as applicable.

3.Shipping

The goods will be sent to the address provided by you on the web as the delivery address which will be included in the order confirmation email.

Shipments of the products will be made once we have confirmed the payment has been made.

The accepted payment methods are: Visa or Mastercard, Paypal or bank transfer. In the case of choosing bank transfer, the shipment process will not start until the money is received in the provided account. As a general rule, and if there are no incidents, delivery times of products willbe 48 hours for the Iberian Peninsula, and 15 days for the rest of the world. Some of the products are made to order or require slightly more time for delivery.

These products reflect these circumstances in their description. If not specified, calendar will benormal, as described above. We do our best to adjust to these deadlines but, for reasons we cannot control, delays may arise for a variety of reasons. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated deadlines. You will be responsible for loss and damage of the products once they have been delivered. We recommend an inspection of the products to certify their status. Your legal rights will not be affected. Shipments within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for amounts over 300€. For the remaining destinations, shipping cost will be quoted and detailed in the order acceptance mail.

4.Returns and cancellations

For all products, except pendants and artist editions/limited editions: we want you to be completely satisfied with any product purchased through the web. You can return any unused product up to 7 days after its reception and it will be refunded or replaced, as you prefer, within 28 days after receiving the returned product. If you are not happy with your purchase, if it has a defect or is damaged during shipment, please send us an email to info@lanzaroteartgallery.com and we will give you instructions for its return. If you accept a product and cancel your contract with us, within 7 working days starting from the day after receiving the product, the cost of sending the product to you will be refunded, but not the cost of the return. If you return a product because it has a defect, has been damaged while shipping or incorrectly supplied, we will return the item cost, its original, its originral shipping cost and the cost of return postage (proof of cost is required). In any other case, you will have to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items in the mail or ones damaged during their return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For artist editions/limited editions: you may cancel your contract with us at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery, providing you notify us or have already returned the product by that time. The notification should be sent by email through info@lanzaroteartgallery.com . Except for cases of defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, you will be responsible for the return cost of the products for your refund or exchange. The products must be returned to the address indicated at the end of these rules. You have to be careful so that products de not suffer any damage while they are in your possession or during shipment. We strongly recommend you use a trusted mail service.

We do not accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged during return items. All products must be returned to: Lanzarote Art Gallery, Calle Los Dragos 4-41 35508 Lanzarote, Las Palmas, España.

5.Legal warning

This merchant agrees not to allow any illegal transactions or considered by credit card brands or the acquiring bank, which may have the potential to damage the goodwill of the same or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the programs of the card brands: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Holder of the card or cards. The sale to minors under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
